Fulfilled

Why is nothing ever good enough?
I'm never satisfied
Even when I get what want
No matter how hard you tried

Unrealistic expectations
Emotionally charged
Don't know if I'm strong enough
I'm so terribly scarred

But I will keep on trying
I want to understand
I can't expect you to read minds
You do all that you can

I will try to see it differently
Look at it from your perspective
Things don't always go as planned
But sometimes better than expected

I'll try to go with the flow
And let things happen as they will
I'll try not to get so worked up
Because when I'm with you I'm fulfilled
